Many people have seen Shalani Soledad and some have even watched the interview by Kris Aquino, the sister of the new president of the Philipines, Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino in the buzz. But the thing is, will Noynoy really be willing to marry Shalani this year to let her become the next first lady of his palace? Let us just see what will happen in the next few months.
Accoding to the interview of Shalani Soledad by Kris Aquino, there is proposal yet and they are taking it slow. Both seemed reluctant at taking a major turn in their life it seems, now that the seat is on hand and a proclamation away to Noy. The sisters of the new president are all seemingly in favor of the new girl of Noy so what could be the big reason why not marry this year?

Noynoy does not want Shalani to become a target. It's love for her.
In 1st 2 years of Presidency Noynoy may be too busy serving the country so a young "first lady" may be become too lonely in the palace.
But in 2 or 3 years time,
Shalani will be finishing her term as councilor. Noynoy would have got his government policies in progress and showing at least some results.
At that time, Wedding bells and hope for birth of Benigno Aquino 4 or Cory 2 in the palace.
