Just the other day I went to my parents house at Crystal Aire Subdivision developed by Filinvest Real Estate corporation. Being a Philippine real estate agent, I know that this is a prime subdivision and real estate investment.

I must admit that indeed, I love the place because not only that this subdivision is a great real estate place but also that place had what we need as health concerned citizens who loves fresh air. Aside from the fresh air, the place is also secure as well as the people liviing in the subdivision is really great. They greet each other even without knowing their personal names. They are almost all very accommodating and very hospitable. One quality in looking for a good real estate property like house and lot to buy here in the Philippines, particularly in Cavite area in Trece Martirez.
