The different loans in the Philippines have greatly improved in terms of being offered to a larger scope of market. Today, being a loan consultant for a top lending company has given me knowledge on what types of loans whether collateral or non-collateral are being offered in the country, particularly in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
I must admit that the competition had definitely increased with the opening up of different niches of lending companies to freelance loan agents. Take for example, Esquire, one of the leading conservative business loan lending companies that help MSMEs and SMEs alike. They have recently opened up their doors to possibilities of increasing their scope of clientelle by opening up application to freelance loan agents, otherwise called as consultants.
Global Dominion and Asialink sister companies have also increased their scope of clientele by opening up aggressive promotion of different niches to their loan offers in Manila and provinces like the reopening of their OFW loan.
Capitalife in Makati have also opened up application and acceptance from anonymous referrals via walk ins. Other lending company niches for seaman loan and car loan have also been doing advertising online to promote their lowest interest rates like AmaBank.
ACF on the other hand have expanded their clientele by taking in and opening up their door to freelance agents for which I have just taken an orientation seminar with a couple of months ago.
Different lending companies that compete in the Philippines loan business have also emerged and have been doing an aggressive more towards taking part of the market and possibly hoping to dominate on their own respective niches.
Bottomline is, all of these lending companies will meet halfways sometime next year as I move up one level to all my online marketing campaigns taking each and everyone of them by surprise by launching online marketing efforts and advertisements here and there both online and offline. I will be found!
