Controvesial 600 Million Worth Willie Revillame Mall Under Construction

At first it was controversial that Willie Revillame is building his alleged 400 million worth of mall called as the Wilie Revillame Mall. Today it is no longer controversial but prestigious because Will Mall has been revealed to have a total budget of 600 million pesos.

Despite the suspense, people have now learned that the most powerful showbiz personality today is indeed a billionaire in the making. This is because upon analysis, it is all so very simple, his properties alone and his yacht will stand proof of his wealth.

Another fact that we cannot put aside here is that if you are to invest a 600 million money in a mall, then it simply means that it is not everything you have for now which also means that more than double that amount at least you have to have as a reserve to be able to make up the cost of expenditures that you are now investing in its construction.

Of course this is just a simple businessman opinion from which I asked a personal and close friend which for me sound justifiable. After all, who would want to invest in a 600 million worth of 2 year construction if you don't have any other reserve money?
