Jun Lozada Case Controversy - Will it Lead to Martial Law

I saw in the new tonight that according to the prosecutor handling the case of Jun Lozada that there is a scenario that if Jun Lozada will be jailed at the New Bilibid Prison or City Jail, he might suffer assassination attempts until he is killed.

This assassination attempt or murder is what the current government will do to be able to lengthen the term of the president Gloria Arroyo according to the majistrant. How, well, it is all pretty simple and very logical. If Jun Lozada will be asassinated, then the he will become yet another Ninoy Aquino and if he dies, the people will be angered.

All this will cause havoc including in the line of the militant movement and this will be the start or the trigger of more social unrest and unending protest that could very well probably lead to the start of declaration of Martial Law according to the prosecutor who is handling the case of Jun Lozada.
